It is desired for candidate to have these skills below, however we would still consider a motivated candidate who is lacking something, but is ready to learn and excited to grow with the business:

Required skills:

Manage installations, printing and production schedules for the team of 5-10 people.
Ensure smooth operation of machinery - parts, supplies and maintenance (UV flatbed printers x2, glass cutting table, glass polisher, glass drill, glass washer, spray Booth). Previous work experience with similar machines is be desirable, but not prerequisite as you will have knowledgeable team members at hand to help with technicalities at all times.
Process orders, liaise with customers, put jobs in production (fill respective papers, spreadsheets, instruct relevant team members)
Make sure drawings and print files are prepared and approved in time, keep track of jobs in production Basic invoicing.
Romanian/Russian language will be of advantage, but not required.
AutoCAD, PhotoShop, graphic design and CAD drawings applications proficiency is desirable but not.
Good people skills and flexibility
Stable under pressure and in chaotic environment of the fast growing young company.
Perfect office (excel, google sheets, crm etc) and admin skills.
