Creativity, flexibility and professionalism essential as is strong pastry experience and the ability to prepare several seasonal, modern and healthy salads for our salad bar daily.
You will be required to run the kitchen two days a week during Head/Sous Chefs holiday.
Understanding of ordering and costings an advantage as is a driving licence.
In return we offer 5 straight day shifts per week with a weekend day off as well as one in the week.
