Busy Restaurant in the heart of Borough Market is looking for a Snr Chef de partie ideally you be classically trained with a proven and progressive C.V.

We wish to recruit a talented and strong Snr Chef de Partie looking to progress their career with an opportunity to become a sous chef.
You will need to be of a calm disposition combined with the ability to work and communicate under pressure in this busy and friendly environment. Previous experience working in a similar high end, fast pace kitchen environment will be an advantage.

Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team.
Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of your team.
Passion and desire to deliver food of the highest standards.
Have a knowledge of food hygiene with the ability share it.
