Villa Mamas, in the Saar district of Bahrain, opened in 2012 as an extension of Roaya Saleh’s home. Five years later, Villa Mamas London is our first international offering and brings a taste of Bahrain to the city.
Situated in Chelsea, we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, offer home delivery and event catering. The neighbourhood restaurant is a warm and convivial space where local and international guests can share traditional Bahraini cuisine alongside dishes influenced by Roaya’s heritage.
We're looking for experienced, enthusiastic, friendly and dedicated FoH team members to join us. Candidates will be required to give guests an engaging, informative and friendly service. Good knowledge of menus, produce, origins and cooking methods and the wine and beverage menu. To work as a member of the front of house team, communicate effectively and maintain the spirit of Villa Mamas. To create a welcoming and hospitable environment and help to create a memorable experience for each guest.
Start date: as soon as possible
Salary: from £9.00 per hour

Duties include:
- Preparation of waiters’ stations and restaurant.
- Run a section, knowing all guests’ orders and requests.
- Communicate menu details and advise on pairing and sharing, balancing menu choices.
- Serve food and drinks promptly in line with agreed service standards.
- Recognise and build relations with regular guests and VIPs.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance, health and hygiene.
