Office Administrator Wanted in London

Hi! We are in need of an administrator to help organise the paperwork for our busy office. This will be a combination of assisting the accounts team (matching invoices with delivery notes, inputting invoices on to SAGE, printing out reports, filing invoices and receipts) as well as general office duties (ordering office supplies, opening and distributing post, photocopying, scanning documents).
Previous office experience preferred and a polite phone manner is essential.
Hours are 9am- 6pm Monday- Friday with up to an hour for lunch.
