A well Established Estate agents based in Camden are recruiting for a full time office Administrator. Candidate must have some form of admin experience and must be confident with using Microsoft applications.
The role will consist of the following duties:
Manage advertisement of properties through our website and social networks.
Creating Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) and other legal documents.
Creating and organizing files
Dealing with inquiries and telephone calls.
Manage bookings of viewings.
Reporting back to the Office Manager
Administrating reservations enquiries and all aspects of correspondence by e-mail, SMS and telephone.
The successful candidate will be:
Fast paced personality
Good Knowledge
Good administrative skills
Excellent Communication and grammar
Customer Service
Keen eye for detail
The applicant must be computer literate(MS Office), efficient, organized, punctual, be able to multi-task, handle pressure and have good communication skills.
The role is challenging yet rewarding, suitable to someone who can work well under pressure, used to working on their own and that can adapt to change with a natural ability to use initiative when called upon.
Full-time - Mon to Fri 10:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 4pm with one day off during the week.
Applicants should be well-organised, have a good phone manner, and ability to communicate with varying personalities to find amicable solutions. Ability to manage one's own work load and diary are essential attributes for this role.
