Bulgarian Speaking Office Administrator

We are looking to recruit an office administrator to help with the day to day running of our office. We are International removals company based in East London (close to Beckton station) , and we are looking for a Bulgarian speaking data coordinator and administrator with excellent English and motivation to learn new skills and knowledge.
The position is full time and involves assisting to the International Moving Coordinators, handling documents, answering telephone calls, dealing with clients, data input in excel, database update, invoices creation and posting and help the team in managing the international crews.
The ideal candidate will need the following qualities:
- Fluent in Bulgarian as most crew members are Bulgarian.
- Bright and out-going individual, with a can do attitude.
- Attention to detail and organisation is important.
- Be flexible and able to work under pressure at times.
- Have a friendly and courteous telephone manner.
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Able to work independently, as well as in a small knit team.
- Possess good computer skills.
Salary level due to experience.
