An opportunity has arisen in our kitchen for a experienced head chef to take on the challenge of developing our food sales and menu offering.
You must have Food safety level 3 and food safety and management will be your number 1 priority as well as kitchen cleanliness.

The venue is in Shoreditch close to old street.
This is a small team and so if you are not hands on and happy to clean down and work solo on occasion this is not the role for you.
We have a bonus scheme paid quarterly and favourable hours as well.
You must be able to produce food stocks weekly and manage ordering and General Practitioner 's at a reasonable level.
Salary is negotiable depending on your experience and suitability OTE up to 37k max including bonus and based on 45 hours a week.
