We are currently seeking an ambitious (French trained) Head Chef to lead our Kitchen team.
The successful applicant will have proven experience of seasonal menu creation, delicious weekly specials and accountability for all financials including General Practitioner , Menu costings and Labour ratios. experience in recruiting and training their team will also be of benefit.
You need:
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role
* Perfect knowledge in classic French cuisine
* You'll be responsible for motivating your team
* Taking an interest in the whole of the business and having ambition
* Having a passion for fresh food
* Strict about conforming to health and hygiene regulations
