To lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve the highest standard of food in the restaurant, retail and cateringTo be absolutely proficient on all kitchen sections and willing to teach and guide all team members through each shift. To be a strong and confident leader with a desire to teach, motivate and develop the team.Min Requirements:* At least 2 years experience as a head chef and stable career* experience in Bahraini, Persian or Iranian cuisine* experience in high volume, upscale restaurant kitchens, outside catering and delivery service* Excellent spoken and written English, with Arabic a plus* Excellent personal presentation* Display team leadership and responsibility* Enthusiasm and interest in food, sustainability and provenance* Working proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, inc. Word and Excel and general IT competency You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
