About the pub.
Our kitchen serves an ever-changing menu in keeping with seasonal produce and tastes. Our chefs use nothing but fresh ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible. Don’t miss our Sunday feasts with a delectable selection of roast meats and equally delicious vegetarian fare, all dished up with Bloody Marys and board games. With the more formal dining area combined with casual bar seating and our rather impressive beer garden (apologies for the humility!) you’re spoilt for choice. We offer table service inside and have a separate lunch and dinner menu. Keep an eye out for our artisan bar snacks perfect to accompany a pint with.
Beer fans rejoice! With ten hand pumps, five guest keg lines and an innovative range of bottled Beers, our ethos is simple; consistently high standards, taste and choice. Artisan wines and spirits make up our expansive core range alongside our own house selection, so you can choose your own delectable Tipple. Antic London has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to work with fresh and seasonal produce at the Earl Haig in Couch End.
As Head Chef you will get to cook seasonal fresh food, develop a high quality menu whilst controlling costs. You will have ample opportunities to develop new dishes on regular basis and work closely with the General Manager to generate ideas for foodie events and new menus.
