We are looking for a Head Chef and full kitchen team for a new Gastro pub opening in Forest Hill offering quality, fresh and well prepared food.
The right head chef and team will be hands on, used to working with a relaxed dining menu, and small team who is hands on and loves cooking. You will be responsible for Menus creation, finances, stock control, recruitment, training and health and safety.
The successful Head Chef must have a stable background with proven experience in similar role or talented CDP ready to step up and take the lead.
In return, we are offering a competitive pay rate for CDP's and a salary on offer of up to £30,000 plus bonus for Head Chef and live in is available.
