Key Tasks:
-Planning and developing seasonal menus
-Leading and developing the team
-Supplier liaison
-Stock control
-Waste Control
- Advanced knowledge and strict adherence to kitchen due diligence, health and safety policies and kitchen paperwork.
- Effective communication with wider team
-Ability to lead in a high pressure environment
