Our Head chef is returning to France and we need someone to lead our kitchen team!
We can offer the right person an excellent salary and complete control of a seasonal menu, working with the finest ingredients. experience with brunch cuisine or knowledge of the Australian / New Zealand food scene would be of benefit.
We are looking for:
* experience running a high capacity full-service kitchen
* An interest in keeping costs and waste to a minimum
* Excellent interpersonal communication, a strong work ethic and a sense of ownership in everything you do
* Strong initiative and ability to work with a small kitchen team
* Proven and on-trend creativity
