Head Chef - London GBP40KPrestigious B and I - Hospitality Contract, Monday to Friday Superb Opportunity for Quality Candidate with fine dining background - Minimum 3 Rosette Our client is a quality contract caterer and we are seeking the skills of a talented Head Chef with a stable background to work within this prestigious client site catering for the fine dining, hospitality and events side of the business.You must be well presented as you will be customer facing at times and have previous experience in Michelin starred restaurants or blue chip client dining at senior level. Your duties will include managing a team through daily service in the fine dining, a la Carte restaurant along with providing a variety of hospitality options to meeting as required.The event calendar means you will also be required to prepare canapé's, bowl and finger food. You will need to be well up to speed with high end food trends and modern culinary techniques.You will be required to contribute to menu planning and take responsibility for costings and stock control. Energy, passion and dedication are absolutely key to being successful here.You will report to The Executive head chef.The roll will be Monday to Friday with some evening work included.
