Nutshell is currently looking for a Head Chef experienced in opening new restaurants to join our team.

Nutshell is a new concept coming to the west end in central London.

We are a premium modern Iranian restaurant with a focus on beautiful Iranian ingredients merged with western influence. Using techniques old and new to create dishes that push boundaries of this very broad cuisine. Nutshell is a restaurant for Londoners, not to be mistaken for a traditional Iranian restaurant. We will be using the best ingredients from locally sourced farms from around the UK, in addition to elements that can only be sourced from the best food markets of Iran.

The ideal Head Chef will have:

A depth of understanding on how to balance flavours.

New opening experience

High Volume experience

Understanding of the basic flavours from Persia / Iran.

Experienced, and happy to work in an open kitchen with counter dining.

experience as Head Chef in a high-end restaurant environment.

experience of managing a kitchen team of junior chefs.

Obsessed with delivering consistently excellent food.

Have a good understanding of financials/food costing/ordering.

The Chef must be passionate about food standards and results focused.
