We offer unique dishes made with quality ingredients designed for the ultimate lazy brunch.
The meat for our toasties and brunches is slow cooked by us and comes locally via reputable butchers. Pastries and cakes are baked in house daily by our own pastry chefs.
We have locations in Clapham and Balham and Tooting Broadway and have won awards for all three venues!
We are now looking for a passionate and creative Head chef who possesses a genuine interest in cooking using fresh quality produce to lead the kitchen team in our largest café in Balham.
You will need to be an experienced and capable Sous Chef who is ready for the next level with a proven track record in managing food costs, ordering, menu development and costings as well as leading and motivating a small kitchen team
2 days off a week and no evenings.
Up to £27k salary per annum plus a generous bonus scheme to £30k OTE with all government standard sick and holiday pay. 45-50 hours per week – Paid weekly
Living local to South West London would be a huge advantage.
