● We all work in and around 48 hours per week with 2 days off, ideal for someone keen to have a good work/life balance,
● We regularly have wine training sessions and food tastings so we are constantly trying something new, discovering something different every week,
● Our menu changes monthly so we are constantly working with new produce,
● We butcher and prep all our meat and fish. We also make our own bread twice a day. We are all passionate about food and need like minded people to join us.
