Job Description: Sous Chef
Support the Head Chef in driving the food for Frenchie forward
Managing all section in the kitchen
Maintain an exceptionally high standard of output from the kitchen
Regularly create and develop new ideas, techniques and dishes
To be on the pass when the Head Chef is off
Maintain a safe, hygienic and compliant kitchen environment
Have a desire to push the business forward from the kitchen and beyond
The Ideal Sous Chef:
We want to invest in a Sous Chef who is as passionate as us about hospitality and cooking.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant is preferred
- To get strong knowledge in seasonal products and international food stage
- To be passionate about great food and quality ingredients
- To be able to produce food to the highest standards
- To be tidy, organised and personable
About Us:
In 2021, Chef Greg Marchand launched Frenchie Covent Garden on Henrietta Street, his first site outside of Paris.
Frenchie Covent Garden is a 65 seats restaurant doing very high quality food and using the best of British and French products. Frenchie's cook is a world born of inspiration, guided by a spirit of generosity and a passion for good ingredients. Trying new things, sharing and, above all, enjoyment.
