We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Sous Chef to join our team!
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate chef who enjoys cooking great British pub food but also has a flare for something a little more adventurous. They should be organised and reliable.
As Sous Chef you will work closely with the head chef in maintaining high standards and continuity of service, you must be able operate in all sections of the kitchen and operate the pass in the head chef’s absence. You will also be responsible for assisting the head chef to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene and coach and train other members of the team to a high level.
Key Skills
* Ability to demonstrate cooking skills to the highest level

* Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety
* Passionate about delivering consistently good quality food

* Salary of up to £9.50 an hour, depending on experience, 40-45 hours a week
