Experienced Sous Chef required for a busy pub in Central London, The Smugglers Tavern
Serving seasonal British food in a traditional British pub, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic chef to work under the head chef, creating fantastic dishes with great quality ingredients, from the best independent suppliers.
The Smugglers Tavern is a fantastic, popular, independent pub on Warren Street in Fitzrovia. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality food and drinks offerings whilst maintaining a welcoming and relaxed environment.
This role would suit CDPs or Junior Sous looking to step up or current Sous Chefs after a new challenge. If this appeals to you then please get in touch!
The Smugglers Tavern is part of Tidalwave Bars. Started in 2011 by friends Ross, Angus and Crusoe, Tidalwave Bars are a growing business consiting of The Colonel Fawcett and The Sir Colin Campbell. We specialise in pubs with an independent feel, a warm welcome and fantastic food and drink offer.
Full time, 50 hours per week,
Fluent English is a must.
