We are looking to recruit a full-time sous chef to work with us at Peckham Bazaar. We are a restaurant specialising in food from the Eastern Mediterranean and Balkans. We specialise in using a charcoal grill and the freshest and most flavoursome ingredients sourced and hand-picked from London’s markets. We have an established reputation for quality and care, something we are very proud of.
The sous chef would be expected to have significant experience in a high-end establishment and be very eager to learn about the cuisine and style of cooking at Peckham Bazaar. A strong and developed palate as well as thirst learn and to help drive the kitchen’s success. The ideal candidate would lead service and inspire the team with their passion and drive.
