Sous Chef - All Day Dining Modern European Brasserie - London GBP32-35kSous Chef up to GBP35,000 7 shifts per week Our client is an exciting large and busy modern European restaurant that's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner within a fantastic London locationAs Sous chef will work in a superbly equipped kitchen and will serve a modern European menu simply presented and with a strong emphasis on seasonal produce and a regularly changing menu coming from the open planned kitchen The Sous chef will have a proven and stable background with knowledge of ingredients, suppliers and seasonality from working in quality kitchens with London experience and volume. You must be capable to run a busy pass during the service times in the absence of the head chef and be financially aware plus comfortable with all paperwork dutiesAs Sous chef you will be responsible for helping in the daily running of the kitchen as required by the head chef and within a team of 15 chefs The Sous chef will be highly professional with career work stability and who can lead by example and to make a success of the business that is expanding!Sous Chef up to GBP35,000 7 shifts per week.
