Junior Sous Chef for Shoreditch Restaurant

Lantana is looking for a junior Sous Chef for our 70 seater restaurant located in Shoreditch. We are an Australian owned independent restaurant business with three central London locations. Our menu is inspired by Australia’s melting pot of culinary cultures and we are consistently recognised as a leader in our field of all day casual dining from our famous brunches through to evening share plates.
We are looking for an ambitious senior CDP / Junior Sous Chef who wants to grow with our company. This position would be an excellent stepping stone for an aspiring Head chef as we believe in developing our staff and promoting from within.
You would be working an average of 48 hours per week, with 28 days holiday per year. Depending on experience the position comes with a package of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
