We are seeking a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join our team. The Three Crowns is an iconic and fun pub in the heart of the Shoreditch, just seconds from old Street station. We serve a fresh menu, changing a few dishes every week. There is plenty of opportunity to learn and grow in our friendly team!

Technical skill and attention to detail are crucial.
Appreciation of General Practitioner.
Understanding of costing dishes.
Training staff.
Awareness of food safety management.
