Full-time position for a hungry, driven Sous Chef to join our fantastic team. Friends of Ours has carved out a loyal following by producing innovative brunch dishes.
You'll be an integral part of our kitchen team and will support our Head Chef in creating weekend specials and new dishes. In their absence, you'll be running the kitchen, ordering produce and keeping the team motivated.
We are looking for someone with a real passion for food and the relevant experience to exceed expectations and deliver fantastic food.
Skills:
- Interested in learning and growing with the business
- Making sure dishes are delivered perfectly
- Managing stock and communicating with suppliers
- Controlling budgets, managing wastage, and stock taking
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
