Everything they work on from the first Amuse Bouche to the final Petit four will be pushing the boundaries of event catering Their client portfolio continues to grow and appeal to people who are daring and contemporary in their approach to entertaining and wowing their clients.  As Sous Chef, you would work closely with the kitchen team working predominately Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends when required.
