This is an East London based, quality all day dining operation, with a modern design and great guest focus. As part of a small group, this is a people focused, growing company with strong values and we are seeking a talented and passionate Jr Sous Chef to join our experienced brigade, assist in managing the team and develop your career with fast progression into a Sous role.
As a Jr Sous you will be:
• Experienced in a commercial kitchen as a Senior Chef de Partie or Jr Sous
• Experienced in preparing rotas with an understanding of food costing
• Enthusiastic and passionate
• Fluent in the English language
• Organised with an eye for detail and good knife skills
• Willing to learn and develop into a leader very quickly
