We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who:

Has proven experience as a Junior Sous/Senior Chef De Partie.
Can manage a large team during a high volume service.
Will inspire, encourage and mentor the junior Chefs.
Has knowledge and an interest in classical techniques.
