We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our new restaurant Harry's Dolci. You’ll work with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to look after the kitchen operations and make sure outstanding food is produced and high standards are maintained You’ll make sure every dish arrives on time using the best quality ingredients. You will keep an eye on the Pass. Stock. Team. Standards. All while anticipating, and quietly sorting out, any potential hiccups before they happen. Who are we? A mixture of legendary Italian charm, delicious unfussy food, refreshing drinks, stylish decor and some good old fashioned fun.Who are you?
