Immediate start – sous chef

The Brook is an independent gastro pub in Worcester Park. We are looking for a talented, energetic and passionate staff member to assist in creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment for all our customers and staff alike.
Applicants need to have proven hands on experience, be able to deal with high volume and some leadership and teamwork skills. We are passionate about fresh food and we have built a reputation for great quality and outstanding value.

You must be used to working in a busy environment, cooking fresh food, enthusiasm and attention to detail a must. Working with a small, friendly team.

You will be required to work the hours the business requires fluctuating with demand, on average 40 - 45 hours per week. The salary/Hourly Wage will be dependent on experience.
