We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join part of a kitchen team within a luxury hotel in Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef who wishes to progress within this area.The role entails reporting to the executive Head Chef, building up a strong working relationship, so that you would be able to run and manage the kitchen in their absence. This role is suitable for someone experienced within a similar role, who is driven, hardworking and possesses a very high understanding of the kitchen. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as well as strong leadership skills and an ability to train new members within the team.
