YOUR ROLE
- Provide support for the head chef
- Contributing ideas for menu creation
- Researching food trends
- Training new staff
-Checking deliveries for quality and temperature, dealing with suppliers and ordering
-Maintaining high levels of food safety
The Queens Head is an independent pub in the heart of London. As a fairly young business, we have developed a great reputation for serving simple but well made British dishes using fresh ingredients from local suppliers. We offer our chefs the freedom to produce and develop seasonal menus and weekly specials that fit around our classic British dishes.
