Awaiting Eyes Foundation is a U.K registered charity (no: 1117222), that works for the welfare of the orphan children.
Awaiting Eyes Foundation is looking for passionate, hardworking individuals. Ideally we would prefer individuals that could commit to at least 3 days a week, for a minimum of 3 months however we are fully flexible. Our timings are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Previous Human Resources experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
The job role will consist of:
• Answering enquiries
• Maintaining staff details on computer systems
• Writing documents like letters and reports
• Updating volunteer records
• Recording discussions during disciplinary procedures
• Posting ads
• Interviewing potential volunteers
• Giving Health and safety induction
• Fundraising due to the nature of the organization
