Human Resources Intern (Unpaid)
We are a Recruitment Company based in London, Oxford Street, we are an international team of motivated and hardworking individuals passionate about our company.
About the role:
We have a great opportunity for a three-month internship role within our Human Resources team. We are looking for ambitious individuals who will like to enter Human Resources and organisational management. We know it can be difficult getting your first Human Resources role, especially one which isn’t just basic paper filing and boring administration!
This role with Escape Network London is ideal for aspiring Human Resources professionals; those that would like to use their theoretical knowledge within a growing fun company. You’ll have the opportunity to help us with our recruitment process, learning and development function, employee handbook and organisational culture.
Below you can find a list of chosen tasks and projects that you’ll be supporting us with during your time with us:
Support the Chief Heart Officer with Human Resources administrative duties.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding cycle: arranging interview times, liaising with hiring managers, responding to applicant queries, arranging onboarding meetings and activities, and organising the evaluation survey.
Review all Human Resources policies and procedures ensuring they embody the character and voice of Escape Network London.
Ensure that Human Resources documents and folders are up-to-date and accurate
Take responsibility for the distribution of Human Resources policies.
Map out all the Human Resources transactions and processes which people are likely to get in the organisation.
Requirements: Must have:
Huge interest in Human Resources / organisational growth and management/ business
Well-honed interpersonal skills – able to quickly build rapport with others.
Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
Nice to have (but not at all required):
Previous Human Resources experience in a team environment
