Greenwood is a visually stunning pub, a stone's throw from London Victoria Station. Open for breakfast, and serving Modern European cuisine all the way through to the late evening, it's a buzzing, vibrant pub featuring an in-house barbers and brow bar. Upstairs, the Sports Lounge at Greenwood boasts five screens (including two mega screens), showing all competitive domestic and international sport throughout the day and night.
We’re currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our fantastic venue. Using the best in seasonal British produce, the Head Chef will lead our menu development, creation of daily specials, and the training and development of your team. You will manage the kitchen and understand the financial aspects of the department. We only work with the freshest, most seasonal ingredients, using niche suppliers at the top of their game. Our menus are at the heart of what we do, and we regularly change our offering to ensure we are serving the most inspiring and delicious dishes.
The ideal Head Chef will:
•Be a savvy and forward thinking kitchen manager
•Thrive under pressure and excel in busy environments
•Be able to nurture the team and help them achieve their goals
•Have experience working at Head Chef level in a quality led venue
•Have a strong grasp of stock control, budgets and scheduling
