Ginger and White is looking for a reliable and passionate cafe chef to lead our small kitchen team. As our Head Chef you will report directly to the GM and Directors. You must be able to manage your own stock, ordering and menu creation as well as keeping our Food Safety system completely up to date.
We operate 2 sites, in Hampstead and Belsize Park, both open 7 days. This is a full-time position and weekend work is part of the job. Both kitchens are very busy and if you are prepared to start early and work hard you can have evenings off while still getting the chance to work with great ingredients, producing simple, elegant and excellent food.
