Our new Head Chef must have the following:
·At least 1 years experience as Head Chef in a high volume, fresh food kitchen
·Stock management and paperwork literate
·High standards of cleanliness
·Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations
·Great communication
·Ability to manage and lead a team
·Passion for producing perfect dishes consistently
Successful candidates will need to possess drive, enthusiasm and be able to demonstrate a real passion for great fresh food. They need to have high operational standards and a keen eye for detail. Alongside all of the above they will need to be able to inspire their teams to constantly deliver delicious food consistently that will keep customers coming back time and time again. We cater for all occasions; whether it is a light lunch or one of our classic signature dishes.
