Head Chef Required for 28 Cover Gastro Pub In South Kensington
Our client is an exciting independent pub company, with ambitious new plans for 2022. They are looking for a talented Chef, with a background in fresh seasonal cuisine, using creative menus.
The pub is a very small, but a popular venue, catering for 28 covers.
There is a great team of 1 Sous chef and 2 KP's/Commis Chefs reporting to the Head Chef
The food will very much be the focal point of this fantastic pub, which offers a small menu, daily specials, and interesting bar snacks.
Our client has really exciting plans for 2022 to make this a real foodie destination establishment,
Salary:
£32,000 per annum + Tronc and Bonus based on General Practitioner ’s and Profits
28 Days Holiday
45-50 hours per week.
