London County Hall are seeking a new Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. This vital role will be leading the busiest City Centre Premier Inn Thyme kitchen; delivering 450 + breakfast every day and 100 + dinner covers. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency and quality at all times no matter the demand whilst ensuring you and your team are inspired and dedicated to achieving the same goal.
As an experienced Head Chef you'll have the expertise to drive an excellent kitchen operation. You’ll bring to the role an impressive dedication to maintaining quality and safety.
