This is a small venue located between Tower Bridge and Monument which serves classic British food, wine and cocktails. The venue is popular for corporate and private events with two separate private dining rooms ideal for intimate lunch settings. This role is perfect for an aspiring sous chef ready to take the next step!

The Role:
This role requires a well organised individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to run a kitchen. You will be able to manage a team, be a fantastic communicator and be passionate about high quality ingredients and delivering great food. You will also have excellent knowledge about Food Safety and Health and Safety practices and standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage the kitchen team to ensure they prep, cook and present the food as per the company specifications
