We are looking for a Head Chef to come and work with us in North East Herts, 30 miles north of London. Free live in accommodation is available, you will get paid for every hour you work, and you'll get you share of tips.
We are a winter pub, and we know we'll be hugely busy over the coming season. Fresh game will be chucked through our doors, the log fires will be roaring and we guarantee you two days off a week. Your second chef has been keeping the kitchen ticking over during the summer, and is strong enough to manage and run the kitchen in your absence. We are building a team of young ones who can help with kitchen prep, and our potwash Ella is a god send, always cheerful and incredibly hard working.
We've developed a good reputation for freshly cooked, simple food. Now we want someone who can deliver the classics, but can also entertain and delight with some more interesting dishes.

Salary is dependent on experience, and a monthly bonus is awarded for hitting cost of sales target, and H and S commitments.
