We are a young, ambitious, independent company is looking for a Head Chef to join us in the new year.

Our first venture MILK has been hugely successful and we opened our second, the eagerly anticipated Milkteeth located in the heart of Tooting Broadway, this year.

We focus on quality produce and creatively driven antipodean brunch menus.

Both MiLK and Milk Teeth have become landmarks in South London brunch café culture.

This position will be highly creative and rewarding. We want to work with someone on a long-term basis that can deliver creatively and practically the most modern, exciting and delicious food in London.

We are a tightly knit company that has a focus on using unique produce and forward thinking food. We want to find someone to work closely with us to create celebrated food destinations in London. We choose likeminded staff who have a modern and ambitious outlook. Our senior staff should foster an environment of positively creativity and opportunity throughout the entire company. We feel that with the right candidate the possibility to grow the company into an institution that is globally recognized is a real and exciting prospect.

What were doing/how we are looking to grow:

We aim to grow the company into 4-5 individual restaurants.

What we want:

We are looking for successful, creative chef currently working in a similar role that is looking to progress in the industry outside the constraints of traditional restaurant kitchens.

The successful candidate will have:

Exceptional Leadership skills

Proven experience in a similar role

An innate understanding of modern food styles.

An innate understanding of produce and techniques.

A grounding in antipodean/austral Asian cuisine preferable but not essential.

A mature, responsible approach.
