We are an independent operator looking experienced Head Chef to run an well-regarded pub/restaurant in SW  London!
The ideal Head Chef will have a passion for fresh produce, love modern European food and enjoy running a busy kitchen.
You will be:

Creative and love modern European food.
Hard working and proactive
Able to train and inspire your team
Trained in all BOH house procedures
Have sound knowledge with budgets, wage control, Rota's etc.
Able to write great menu's!

This role comes with a great basic plus bonus.
