Head Chef - Wellbeing Destination and Cafe Kitchen - SE London £32-35kSalary is based around 40-45 hours per week and depending on experience Our client owns this beautiful destination for all to enjoy and work on mindfulness and wellbeing by means of fitness, yoga and holistic treatments whilst providing a health kitchen serving fresh, vibrant and seasonal food that will provide you with the energy and nutrition needed for a brilliant workout.You can enjoy the food in the café or take out They are currently open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 9am-5pm but have recently decided to extend the food option with light meals, snacks, nibbles and charcuterie etc to enjoy from 5pm-10pmThe café includes vegan options and no gluten containing ingredients for sweet treats They are seeking a work stable head chef who has the passion, creativity and initiative to write and improve the menus going forward whilst working with a part time chef based on their healthy eating concept You will be tasked with finding the best suppliers and prices, writing your weekly rotas to incorporate the part time chef, adhering to all health and hygiene regulations  You will have freedom to change the menu as often as you like according to the seasons Covers are currently around 30 per day but they want to increase the numbers as well as introducing the new simple evening menu where you could train other staff to finish and serve your dishes so you don’t have to work many evenings The owner is open to your ideas and willing to discuss this in a face to face interview You must be eligible to live in the UK unrestricted.
