Who We Are…
We are a restaurant and nightclub that is based in the middle of Shoreditch. Pizza East serves wood oven pizzas, fresh antipasti and daily-changing specials in buzzing, modern surroundings. Concrete host events throughout the week and put on very busy club nights over the weekend.

What we look for in a Head Chef
-Managing and developing a kitchen team of 25 +
-Menu design and costings
-HAACP knowledge
-2-3 Years as a Head Chef
-Worked in kitchen in which all dishes are made fresh on site.
-Hard working and who likes a challenge
-Can manage £65,000 in food sales per week.
-Able to work in a busy environment and enjoys it, i.e. 4000 covers a week.
