What will you be doing? Here's just a taster -

Running the kitchen and leading the team to deliver exceptional food, whilst ensuring maximum profitability.
Being a people leader. Supporting the GM to attract, onboard, develop, inspire and retain the best BOH industry talent, and everything else that comes with it from performance management to praise; ultimately ensuring you have a team of engaged superstars, who ooze Zizziness.
Being unbelievably passionate about our food, knowing the menu inside out, and training your team up to do the same.
Working with the whole restaurant team to help deliver Great Times for our customers and taking absolute pride in the presentation and quality of food from your kitchen, ensuring the customer always receives an exceptional standard of food, and the food cost is in line.
Being an expert on our policies, processes and guidelines. Training your team on them and making sure the restaurant and kitchen are always hitting the mark.

You’ll be joining an energetic and passionate team, who are committed to creating Great Times for our customers. We’re the kind of the team who always work together, and jump in as soon as we see that a team mate needing help. Whilst we can’t promise that you’ll make friends, we think it’s pretty likely.
