We are currently looking for a dynamic and talented Head Chef who is passionate about fresh cuisine, team development and constantly driving standards.
This is an opportunity to join a new project prior to opening, giving you the rare opportunity to hand pick and train your team along with management and be part of a very exciting launch of a new brand, working with experienced industry professionals. There is huge growth opportunity in this role moving forwards, including responsibility over multiple sites and openings.

The role will require you to oversee the day to day management of a kitchen team, delivering exceptionally high quality food. A strong understanding of cost control and experience in man management is essential.

You will be expected -

·       To deliver creative, seasonal, on trend specials using seasonal produce wherever possible.
·       People - Recruitment, Human Resources , employee relations and succession planning.
·       Training and development of your team.
·       To manage the kitchen Rota effectively to deliver labour targets.
·       Full financial accountability - Food General Practitioner ’s, Ordering, wastage control and labour control.
·       Ensure excellent Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standards at all times.
·       In depth knowledge of stock and recipe management.
