We are currently looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the team in one of our award winning Peruvian restaurants in London.

We are a growing group of four unique, award-winning Peruvian restaurants based in London, delivering high quality, fresh food and exceptional service to our guests.
For the role of Head Chef previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef would be preferred and you would be responsible for:

Leading service
Training, developing and motivating the team.
Ensuring every dish is produced on spec
Managing stock and General Practitioner
Ensuring kitchen maintenance and cleaning is to standard.
