We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Head Chef/Sous Chef/Waiting staff in a busy Italian Establishment.
This position would suit an experienced Chef/Waiting Staff to be able lead a small team in creating and producing fantastic fresh food, using your culinary skills to give the customers a fantastic dining experience.
The successful candidate will
* Have a real passion for food and Italian cuisine
* Improve day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen
* Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
* Creative, friendly and energetic
* Ability to train others
* Excellent food hygiene/health and safety standards
* Italian language will be bonus
